Organisational structure

CCV is a family firm with two layers of governance (two-tier board). This means that there is a separation between management and supervision. The Board of Directors is responsible for the day-to-day management of our company, while the Supervisory Board oversees the Board of Directors and the state of affairs at CCV.

Legal structure

CCV Group B.V. is our parent company, under which there are several European subsidiaries. In the organisation chart, you can see our legal structure and the relationship between the subsidiaries.

Offices in three countries

CCV has offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The head office is in Arnhem, where CCV was originally founded. Our logistics and repair departments are located in the nearby Velp. The CCV Shop is in Hengelo.

In Belgium, we have offices in Ieper, Hasselt and Kortrijk. In Hasselt and Kortrijk there is a CCV Lab, where our most innovative colleagues are working on the payment software of the future.

Our German offices are located in Berlin, Hamburg, Moers and Au in der Hallertau. From these locations, we service SMEs and major retail businesses on the German market.

Leadership and governance
