What is your role as Team Manager Commerce Indirect/Retail at CCV? 

With a clear focus on building strong, multi-level relationships, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and hitting margin targets, all while delivering innovative, future-proof solutions. Your role includes coaching and guiding sales teams, promoting CCV’s payment acceptance solutions and acquiring services and building lasting customer relationships. As Team Manager Commerce Indirect/Retail, you’ll be key to keeping our solutions ahead of the curve in a fast-paced market, making a real difference in our ecosystem. Occasional (international) travel to other locations and customers  included in this position. In your day-to-day work, you are responsible for adequately managing the risks in your processes and enhancing a risk culture in which employees understand their role when it comes to protecting CCV for unwanted risk exposure. 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the indirect sales team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture through regular team meetings and ongoing coaching. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to large retailers, POS integrators, resellers, and distributors, while managing complex sales processes aligned with CCV's business objectives. 
  • Set and achieve revenue and margin targets, monitor sales performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report regularly to the Head of Sales.  
  • Promote CCV's payment acceptance solutions, including terminals, softPOS, and e-commerce solutions, ensuring the right product mix to meet market needs and maximize revenue. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with large retailers and distributors, handle customer inquiries efficiently, and gather feedback to drive product and service improvements.
