How can I “hand in” a terminal in MyCCV Terminal Management?

Select in Terminal Management the terminals which you want to delete. Choose the option Hand in.

What do I have to do when I exedently deleted a terminal in Terminal Management?

If you accidently deleted a terminal, a CCV employee can easily reset the terminal in MyCCV Terminal Management. In order to do so, we only need the TMS- ID or serial number of the terminal.
