As Team Manager Contracting, you oversee the daily management and organization of your team, which handles order entry and service activation. You ensure effective alignment with other stakeholders when introducing new products and procedures, and you translate decisions both upward and downward.
What is your role as Team Manager Contracting at CCV?
You’re in charge of the daily organization and steering of a team that handles order entry and service activation. You play a key role in aligning new products and processes with stakeholders, ensuring decisions are effectively communicated up and down the chain. You’re also the driving force behind automating fulfilment activities, focusing on speed and accuracy to deliver a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you safeguard role separation and access management within your team, translating policies into clear work instructions that are consistently applied in daily operations to prevent errors and fraud. Occasional (international) travel to other locations is included in this position. In your day-to-day work, you are responsible for adequately managing the risks in your processes and enhancing a risk culture in which employees understand their role when it comes to protecting CCV for unwanted risk exposure.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Customer satisfaction: Work closely with commercial Team Leads to pinpoint and implement improvements, while partnering with the Compliance Team to ensure proper data quality.
- Operational excellence: Keep track of department progress to spot and drive improvements, while outlining requirements for better tools, customer journey enhancements and automation.
- Employee satisfaction: Coach and develop your team, inspire and support them and help them grow. Promote team development and guide employees through any changes.
- Continuous improvements: Help employees navigate change, offer input and support during implementations and spot chances to digitize and automate workflows.
- Cost efficiency: Take an active role in crafting the annual plan and tailor it specifically for your own team.
- Service quality: Create and manage the annual plan for your team, help employees through change, You ensure that lead time, is as minimal as possible.
- Churn prevention: Work with sales and operational teams to identify and improve the fulfilment process and offer input and support during implementations.
- FTR (First Time Right), and OTIF (on time in full) have no secrets for you.

In this role, operational and customer experience are crucial. Strong people management skills ensure the team is effectively led and motivated. Problem-solving abilities are used to tackle challenges and drive digitization for process optimization. Excellent communication skills keep both customers and team members well-informed and ensure that technical information is clearly conveyed.
Master’s degree or other relevant advanced degree and relevant certifications
Over 5 years of experience in a similar roles, preferably in a similar industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in leading, managing and developing high-performing teams and professionals
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Dutch and English. French and Germany are a plus
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
