As Team Manager Hosting, you will oversee the IT infrastructure for Payment Facilitation and Office IT within the CCV Group (NL, BE and DE). This role is part of the IT Services department, which is responsible for monitoring, support, hosting, application services and staff management.
What is your role as Team Manager Hosting at CCV?
As Team Manager Hosting, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the IT infrastructure within the CCV Group. A key part of your role is ensuring system uptime in accordance with agreed SLA’s, striving to guarantee maximum availability. You will also develop and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure, while collaborating closely with the Security Department to ensure all security measures are up to date and compliant with standards. Additionally, you will maintain close communication with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external, and ensure diligent management of contract obligations and requirements. Occasional (international) travel to other locations is included in this position. In your day-to-day work, you are responsible for adequately managing the risks in your processes and enhancing a risk culture in which employees understand their role when it comes to protecting CCV for unwanted risk exposure.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement tactical and strategic plans for the department team and staff development.
- Develop and oversee the budget, ensuring effective short, mid and long-term financial planning.
- Collaborate with GRC and auditors to ensure all controls and procedures are implemented and up to date.
Your profile
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders. Adaptability and problem-solving abilities are essential for addressing challenges, while a proactive approach to team development fosters a positive work environment, driving collaboration and enhancing overall performance.
Bachelor’s degree of other relevant advanced degree and relevant certifications and professional knowledge of IT Infrastructure, experience with cloud solutions and on premises IT Infrastructure
Extensive operational management experience in a complex 24/7 IT infrastructure
Demonstrable experience with change processes, stakeholder management and with (major) incident management, ITIL
Organizational sensitivity, strategic and tactic execution
Communication skills, with fluency in English and knowledge of cross-cultural business practices, fluency in Dutch and German is a plus
Demonstrable experience with (Cyber) Security

The IT Services department operations within the CTIO domain. In this role, you will manage a team of around 17 employees, while the broader team consists of approximately 35 colleagues.
