What is your role as Team Manager SME Direct at CCV?
In this position, you will lead our commercial sales teams across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Your focus will be on boosting direct sales through telesales, field sales, and online channels. You will promote CCV’s payment acceptance solutions and acquiring services while overseeing coordination with external sales agents and call centers to maximize effectiveness and reach. Occasional (international) travel to other locations is included in this position. In your day-to-day work, you are responsible for adequately managing the risks in your processes and enhancing a risk culture in which employees understand their role when it comes to protecting CCV for unwanted risk exposure.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead and manage three sales teams across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, overseeing telesales, field sales, and e-sales activities while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets, ensuring alignment with CCV's overall business objectives.
- Set and achieve revenue and margin targets for each region, monitor sales performance, and analyse data to provide regular reports to the Head of Sales.
- Promote and drive sales of CCV’s payment acceptance solutions, including terminals, softPOS, and e-commerce solutions, and manage acquiring services like Payfac and credit card reselling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and gathering feedback for product and service improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other internal teams to support sales initiatives, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and represent CCV at industry events and trade shows.
